Our dynamic real estate market has seen notable activity

Welcome to the Kanab Real Estate Roundup - Weekly Statistics for the 1st Week of September! In the last 7 days, our market recorded significant activity: 3 new listings (including 1 home and 2 lots), 8 price reductions (comprising 2 homes, 5 lots, and 1 manufactured property), and 3 successful sales (1 home, 1 lot, and 1 manufactured home). Furthermore, 12 properties entered into contracts (3 homes and 9 lots).

Keeping an eye on mortgage rates, we've maintained a stable 30-year fixed rate at 7.12%. We're optimistic that these rates will remain steady or even improve.
